NCServices ("we," "us") provides handyman and home maintenance services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at ncsvs.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you use our contact, booking, or newsletter forms, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, service address, and a description of your project. Our website does not offer user accounts and we never ask for payment information online.

Information collected automatically. We use Ahrefs Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand overall site traffic. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers — we see aggregate statistics like page views and referral sources, not individual visitors.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

We group tracking technologies into three categories, which you can control from the privacy settings dialog:

• Essential — required for the site to function, such as remembering your privacy choices. Our cookieless Ahrefs Analytics also falls in this category because it stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data. These cannot be switched off.
• Functional — services that enhance the site experience, such as embedded maps or videos. We currently use none; if we add any, they will only load with your consent.
• Marketing — advertising and remarketing tags. We currently use none; if we add any, they will only load with your consent.

We share information only with the vendors that make our website work:

• Netlify Forms — receives and stores website form submissions so we can respond to inquiries.
• Netlify — hosts this website and, like most hosting providers, keeps standard server logs.
• Ahrefs Analytics — cookieless, aggregate website analytics.

Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its service and may not use your information for its own purposes.

We keep inquiry and booking correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and bookkeeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Our website and services are directed at homeowners and property managers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
